Mint green 60s chiffon dress with cap sleeves, boat neckline and attached back cape which can also be draped as a high neck scarf. Small rip on right shoulder of scarf but not easily seen when on. This was purchased off Etsy for an event but never worn. Handmade true vintage piece - so unique but also has a modern appeal. Best fit 8 - 10
