groovy ruffle top

Found in an open shop in San Francisco, the label has been cut out. Cropped fit with a tie and can be worn both ways. Size 10 I would say. Really groovy number that I have had fun wearing. Little loose ruffle on one sleeve as seen in photos but not noticeable and could be easily sewn back on. Please note that the top is cropped and sheer, I am wearing a black singlet underneath :)
