Vintage 90’s from the UK. Worn once. Shift dress sits just on or above the knee. Scoop neck and back zip. Sheer trench with tie belt sits a little shorter than the dress. Fabric of the trench coat has good body to it so it keeps its shape which is cool with the lapels and it creates an a-line silhouette- ie not floppy fabric.
