A beautiful Forever New occasion dress in a striking cornflower/periwinkle blue, with an intricate guipure-style lace yoke that gives the simple fit-and-flare silhouette its impact. The open floral and paisley-inspired lace sweeps across the neckline and shoulders before dipping delicately into the bodice, creating an elegant sheer effect against the skin.
