Hey there I would say between 32-33cm laying flat. It is elastic/bunched & has plenty of stretch

What size is the person taking a selfie ? And are they wearing the actual dress?

Sep 29 08:53AM

Hey I believe yes it is the actual dress - but that photo is from the original lister - I purchased the dress off here for an occasion and now am selling again. I’m unsure what size they are in the selfie.
