Wear as a classic cowl with both straps on the shoulders, or drop one down for a waterfall style. Under layer is fitted so the cowl does not open up when bending over. Fitted through the waist and hips so the length can be adjusted to where best suited. This style is designed to be fitted through the waist and hips.
