Beautiful, Is the tulle soft? Is the dress lined at all? And does it fit snugly or with some ease as a 10 Thank you

It had a slip that goes underneath but I can’t find it. The slip was pink but I think beige would be better. It’s not snug it sits so that the tulle sits softly with ease and isn’t stretched. Would be perfect for a size 10. I’ll post a shot with it on!
