I love this dress, but need to declutter. Beautiful Japanese cotton and made in NZ by Twenty Seven names. I bought two of these dresses to get the right size. The size says 18, but I would say 16. Structured puff sleeve, bias cut and set waist. Retailed for $620 and worn twice. Perfect condition.
