Were these shortened to fit you to wear heels or flats. Just wondering if it would be good for 5.5 ft wearing flats? Thanks x

They were cut to be brushing the floor in sneakers. Outer seam length: 105cm and inner seam length: 72cm. There is also an inch of seam so you could let them down slightly if needed
