Salasai black sheer top featuring large velvet polka dots and short sleeves. Kind of cape style, see where arm holes sit. Can def be a dress with a slip, or a long top. Never worn by me in great condition just needs someone who can make it work! I’d say around a size 10 due to the arms but flexible.
