This dress is strapless, It does not come with straps or sleeves! The measurements on this listing are the measurement of the dress before I had it altered. Everything I had altered can easily be unpicked. No fabric had been taken out just taken in some areas. This dress has been taken in 1cm total. 0.5cm on each side of the top of the hip to mid thigh to fit my body better.
