hello, I would say it's more of a 12 or a small 14. the waist is 42cm and the shoulders are 40cm, both layers flat.

Do you have a picture of it on? And does it have any stains or holes, marks?

it has very faint makeup stains around the neckline, but I haven't tried to get them out, the stains are shown in the photos. no holes i don't think but the stitching around the waist has loosened slightly as shown in new pictures. sorry I don't have any photos of it on unfortunately.
