What do you mean by gathered waist in the description?

The top panel of the dress lays flat on the body, where as the bottom tier has been gathered to give more volume. Unfortunately I don’t have a photo of me wearing the dress to highlight this - hope this helps!

On me, it gathers more mid rib cage, but depending on your chest size it may start higher or lower. It’s approx 100cm long
