Hi, I’m sorry I don’t own a measuring tape so I can’t measure it for you. The cable knit is current season so you can pop into a Elle and Riley store to try it. I would say it is a standard size 10 for both tops. It is not a hole - just a small pull - on the bottom front. Is it not noticeable when you wear it.
