Please note the elastic band has been cut around the waist area this may need to be re-stitched from the inside or even replaced with a drawstring other than that they are perfect price reflects. I’m a size 10 and honestly it’s not to far off from fitting perfectly so may even not be needed to be tailored Please feel free to make a reasonable offer on any of my listings.

Are the pants able to be worn with the elastic cut from the waist? Or do they need to be repaired before they can be worn? If they are able to be worn, is it obvious the elastic is cut? Thank you :)
