Hi what size do you usually wear? Is tge leather soft or rigid?

Hi, I’m usually EUR 37-38. I just bought 2 pair Kathryn Wilson shoes both 37; and some Puma from Karen Walker size 37.5. I could wear the size 38, but they were slightly too big. The leather is mid-soft - definitely not hard leather, but not buttery soft either. Thx
