What size are you in a standard NZ size pant? Just wondering if these would fit me

Hello I’m a size 12 in NZ pants generally. And these are just a bit too big for me. I would say they would fit more on the 14 side better? They do fit me but a little generous, and I know they’d fall down if I were to exercise ha. I have this same legging in another colour in the medium and they are perfect for me.
