Hi, I would say so, I'm between an 8 and a 10 in pants and this skirt is comfortable on me (maybe a little loose). It's also versatile because you can position it wherever it sits best on your waist. I took some measurements that might be helpful: Elastic fully relaxed = 33 cm (66 cm waist) Elastic moderately stretched = 40 cm (80 cm waist) Elastic fully stretched = 50 cm (100 cm waist)
