Features floaty frilled sleeves, a tiered ruffle hemline, and an adjustable off-the-shoulder split neckline. Beautifully finished with statement white tassels and black accent beads on the neck ties. In great worn condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear. Price reflects that it is missing the waist tie/belt (I bought it like this second-hand) Small mark on the front from when I bought it home from the dry cleaners that would probably come out.
