Yes, absolutely. Because it’s soft tulle and not heavily structured, it gives a bridal seamstress a lot of flexibility for alterations like length and fit adjustments. The layered construction also makes it easier to customise to the wearer. I’ve included detailed photos of the dress, lining, and layers so you can see the construction clearly. 🙂
