Hey Kalie, it’s 100% cotton and slightly loose fit. I would say it could fit 14-16. For memory I purchased it when I was in between sizes

Thanks. Just one more question, your listing says it's navy, but the tag itself says black. Is it like true black or more that blue-ish black?

I’ve always thought it was a dark, dark navy but it is more a blueish black. Sorry for the confusion! I’ll change the colour description
