Grace Hill silver midi skirt with ruffle detailing. Tiny white polka-dots on the taffeta-ish fabric. Size 14 on the tag (measurements in pics) 55% Polyester, 45% Nylon. Minor pulls in the fabric consistent with age, but barely noticeable at all because of the style and fabric. Amazing and unique stand-out piece, just perfect for winter!
