I can’t confirm sorry as there is no label. However the black material it’s a matte finish so likely to be a poly blend, the white material has a slight sheen to it. Has a beautiful flowy effect which is also due to the panel detailing down the dress. I’ve just uploaded another photo to try see the fabric better

I’ll upload a couple more now. Straps aren’t adjustable and I don’t know the exact length sorry, but it comes down to my ankles and I’m roughly 5’7
