Long black silk chiffon dress with a tie and gather at the front by NZ designer Cris Roberts' brand Pearl. Beautiful silk, lovely drape. Needs slip. I often wear over jeans and under a jacket. Label size is 12. Fits 10 also. In excellent condition.
