Made in NZ with Gorgeous heavy fabric, fully lined mini skirt with a classic Y2K (2008-2009 collection) bubble hem by NZ designer Annah Stretton. Excellent vintage condition, ready to wear and turn heads! Chrysanthemum print in gold on crinkly, jaquard-ish fabric. Perfect for a winter night out with some tights and boots.
