DD Style notes- Incredible 80's Danier Shoulder bag in Fantastic condition. This bag has such a current style aesthetic but is so fashionably vintage at the same time. As Danier is a Canadian designer brand it is not common to find here in lil-old New Zealand. This style in particular is just so beautiful with the two leathers in black and dark Tan. The black leather is buttery soft whilst the brown leather is harder and more structured. There is no internal tags to inform what type of leather they are. All of the bag is in fantastic condition including the internal fabric sleeve which I have pulled out and photographed. The zips are working as new. Please see a brass DANIER plate on the inside of the bag and embossed DANIER swing tag in leather on the outer bag. FAULTS- I have not renovated the leather in anyway. Please see some slight wear to the edges of the brown leather detail straps. This is at one end and not the other. There are a couple of scratches visible in the images. These will be able to be polished away effectively with leather Wax and I am happy to do this for the buyer if they choose to- Underneath of bag is in perfect condition and so are shoulder straps. When it comes to timeless leather fashion in Canada, few names carry the legacy and recognition of Danier Leather. For decades, Danier jackets, coats, handbags, and accessories have been staples in Canadian wardrobes—known for quality craftsmanship, accessible luxury, and enduring style. Today, vintage Danier Leather pieces are especially sought after, blending nostalgia, sustainability, and classic design. Vintage Danier Leather has become increasingly desirable for several reasons: Exceptional Quality Older Danier pieces were made with thick, genuine leather that softens and improves with age.
