Size small Framed with ruffles, the Piccolo Top is quilted with thin cotton wadding (half the weight of our usual quilting), which creates structure and texture. It has a standard fit, and ties through the front. Layer over tees and dresses to create new looks with old favourites. Bought off DW but isn’t the right fit on me.
