Brightly patterned New Zealand made midi dress in cotton (I think). Attached waist tie. It says size 18 but think modern size 12 - it has an elasticated back so reasonably forgiving. Would probably work on a 10 too, possibly an 8, but might gape a bit. There is minor fading on the waistband as shown, but overall good condition.
