This is new with tags never worn. It is a knit fabric viscose/nylon. Just lovely but a bit too big on me unfortunately. Beautifully designed and crafted. It is pure black which was hard to capture in the photos. True to size or slightly on larger size depending on how you like the fit. RRP $149
