Hi Helen, I'm so sorry, I've been sick and missed this question. The waist measurement is 42cm and outstanding is 104cm, instead 73cm. I'll add those photos. They are cropped on me as I'm 5'11". They are tailored, with full waistband no elastic at back. I have them in other colours but just never wore this pair for some reason :)
