Rise 30cm. Waist 40.5cm (16 inches) Inseam 74cm. Hem 22inch. I would say generous - depends on your desired look and body shape. I have a small waist but bigger through bum/thighs so I sized down in comparison to normal size (12) so that they fit nicely around my waist. They are designed to sit just below the navel with an oversized look, however I am shorter so sit higher on me.
