Hi there :) The tag is size 1. Based on the underarm to underarm measurement (taken flat), it would most likely be considered a size 4 (that would be a comfortable standard fit with all wrap-ties tied tightly. I've listed as size 4-8 as I think it will fit up to size 8 comfortably due to the stretch fabric and wrap-style, that allows for a certain amount of size adjustment. Hope this helps. Thanks.
