Inspired by Italian designer Elsa Peretti, the Elsa Skirt falls from a softly cinched waist, flaring into a ruffled midi hem. Shell buttons down the front let you reveal just enough — but not too much. In unlined, shimmering black viscose with covered buttons, it’s effortless elegance for day or night. Made in Aotearoa New Zealand. Hardly worn and looks new and in perfect condition. The material is a silky black viscose and the size on the label is L. There is some elastic at the back of the waist. Mahsa's site says this will fit sizes 14/16, but I'm a 12 and I like clothing loose so it worked for me. Waist is 425mm without stretching the elastic Length is 800mm
