Hey Kahu, yes it's 100% cotton. I feel like it's reasonably warm (wouldn't say it's light weight). It's called the Dave Hood - check out the LOWER website at other Dave Hoods if you want to see the fit etc! (Also they will have a sizing chart there, see size S).
