Made by Australian swimwear brand Baiia from recycled materials (presume poly/nylon). RRP $189 AUD ($225 NZD). Can be worn with wrap at front or back etc and can be worn over swimsuit or as a long sleeve bikini. Tagged size 10, shown on size 6 mannequin. Overall good condition but with some marks as pictured, I think these may wash out but are also not really noticeable.
