Vintage Navy and black polka dot Sylvester. Reluctant to let it go. Have worn it to some special occasions. It’s in great condition, looks fab over a little black slip. Above knee height. Very chic on. Can’t tell you the fabric as I cut the label out years ago as you could see it when worn. Feels like georgette silk but I’m not sure, it’s a bit stiffer than that. Has kept the pleats and shape perfectly. Beautiful detailing. Love it to go to someone who will wear it.
