Says never worn but obviously been worn. Is that a scratch on side of heel?

I have only tried them on inside so there are no signs of wear. I’m not sure why you would think otherwise?

Can you please give measurements heel to toe and full height please. And can you confirm there is no scratch on side of heel please x

Hi, heel to toe measured on the sole is 27cm, height of boot is 38cm. There is no mark on heel, it was a bit of fluff
