What is the Lulu size?

Lulu is in US sizing. Are they sz lulu 8 on the label so NZ 12? Or are they lulu 4 on the label so NZ 8 ? The size label is found inside the back middle waist pocket on a small printed dot if needed

If you look inside the back middle waistband pocket the size is printed onto the fabric on a small dot - it can’t be removed. If you can check would be great thanks :)
