Beautiful dress bought from Ellis Label. Website description: “The Bodice dress is a smock style maxi designed with a feminine and wide neckline with short fluted sleeves. The sleeves sit on the edge of the shoulders with a thin line of elastic for comfort. Two lines of shirring sit on the waist.” Only tried on. Unfortunately I’m quite short and the dress too big/long on me. Size 10 but would also fit size 12.
