Beautiful top bought from In May. Website description: “Puffy sleeves with an elastic cuff that can be adjusted by tying the straps, bias binding at the neckline, ties down the front and a ruffled panel with a double hem. This top is a looser fit, making it super comfortable to wear and can also easily be worn with a bra.” Only tried on. Unfortunately too small for my chest. Size XS/6 but would also fit a size S/8
