I think it’s true to size but also has a lot of give either way. It would easily fit a 16, 14 and 12. Im currently a size 10 and it’s too big

Could you measure it flat across the bust armpit to armpit, the waist, and the waist to hem please? Ty x

From the tie to the hem is 98cm, waist 51cm and armpit to armpit 52cm, I have done the measurements flat lay with the ties pulled completely loose (have attached photos) not designed to be worn without the ties pulled in.
