They are characterized by a smocked elastic waistband and gathered elastic ankles for a voluminous "bubble" fit. Harem/bubble pants are known for a dropped crotch and baggy leg. 100% cotton fibre. Concealed inseam pockets in both side seams. In very good condition - they did have a draw string which I took out for a flatter fit - the elastic keeps them up. New cost was $140.
