This is a chunky vintage-style Versace design featuring the iconic Medusa head cameo mounted on a black enamel disk, surrounded by the classic Greca (Greek key) border. The Medusa emblem is a separate sculptural casting attached to the ring, a construction detail used in Versace’s earlier Medusa cameo jewellery pieces.
