Is this supposed to be crumpled? Or just not pressed? Is the collar a different Colour ?

Hi Annlouise, as specified in the description, it has been engineered with a permanent memory crush finish. This material is designed to look crumpled and this is the item after it has been steamed. The colour of the collar is the same colour as the jacket. I believe this may just be how the light has reflected during photographing :)
