Vintage Wixii - Check button-up Sundress with ties

I bought this from Wixii Vintage rack. It is in excellent pre-loved condition. It is such a cool style with the double strap which ties so you can easily adjust how high it sits. Buttons up the front of the bodice and midi length. Size 10-12 in my opinion. Found a slight tear in the fabric of the top of the dress at the back near where the strap attaches. An easy repair for someone who can wield a needle and thread. Length from top of bodice to hem is 100cm, doesn't include length of straps.
