Italian leather Briarwood (NZ designer) brogues purchased from Kirkcaldie & Stains in 2015. Generally, I’ve worn them a few times per month since then. Good for narrow shaped feet, often with stockings/pantyhose and/or socks. I have cleaned these a few times over the years so the leather is nice and supple. Visible signs of wear (please see photos) include marks of my half-orthotics on the inners, the bottom soles (re-soled some years ago with improved grip surface, though this is worn away in a couple of places), parts of the shoelaces (original), and parts of the shanks of both shoes. All can be readily repaired by a professional. Size 41, shoe exterior length 28cm; exterior heel height 2cm.
