Sylvester teal blue midi dress with short sleeves and a tie waist. Size 14. Gorgeous colour, slightly deeper than appears in pics, petrol/teal blue. Never worn so in great condition, sleeve are too small for me but Im an 18. So would be best on a 16. Fabric belt has pale gold hardware, covered buttons. Can be worn belted or more floaty. Skirt flares out into A line. Measurements across front laying flat. Chest 70 cm Waist 82 cm Length 125 cm Sleeve 25 cm from neckline Sleeve band measures 19.5 across bottom.
