63-70cm depending on which part of the shoulder, closer to the shoulder is 63ish and then higher up by the collar bone is 68-70ish cm ◡̈

No worries! I think I understand haha, collarbone like the neck opening area to the shoulder hem is 32cm, then the whole arm from sleeve to neck is 83cm
