This is a vintage Karin Steven’s cotton dress. It has pockets and this cool tie around waistcoat built onto it that you can adjust to your waist. I’m size 8 up top and 10 bottom and it fit really well. The only flaw is that it’s missing the eye hooks on the back at the neck but the zipper is in perfect condition
