Brand new with tags still attached. Perfect condition. Purchased for an event that was cancelled so have never worn it. Navy blue Saba dress. Wrap style at the front and can be tied in a bow or knot depending on the look you want. Size 8 on tag. The fabric has stretch so it could comfortably fit a size 10 as well, depending on desired fit.
